Our Complaints Procedure

If there is any aspect of the care that you have received from Dr Peter Mason ADHD & Psychiatry Services that you are unhappy with, please let us know so that we can address it as soon as possible. Please send an email to info@adultadhdliverpool.co.uk and leave a contact number. We can then arrange a telephone consultation or a meeting to investigate your concerns.

Where you are uncomfortable with making a complaint directly to Dr Peter Mason ADHD & Psychiatry Services, then your local advocacy service should be able to provide any support you need and may be able to complain on your behalf.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved by Dr Peter Mason ADHD & Psychiatry Services, it can be raised with the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF):
